Often, married couple or dating for long time might degraded by time accordance. At first stage, everything was perfect! Communication is great, verbal or nonverbal is superlative. Start planning future together and love each other affections. Found everything is attractive and charming in your partner. You love everything and never imagine your love may suffer. Be in relationship is not always like FairyTales with happy ending. Sometime you might find your relationship drowning a bit but it doesn’t mean it should be end. Follow these golden rules, you might found yourself fall in love again :)

  • Listen. No skill is more valuable than knowing how to listen - and to listen without criticism. You’ll build trust and confidence in one another if you take the time to talk. It will be more meaningful and more powerful if you give your partner your undivided attention by turning off the TV or computer and making eye contact. These simple acts speak volumes. Listening also gives you a chance to pinpoint what the problem is and how to address it.
  • Think about the positive and not always the negative. It’s easy to focus on the negative (like your partner leaving dirty underwear on the floor). Think back to when you first started dating. What first attracted you to your mate? Think about those qualities. Teach yourself to counter negative thoughts with positive ones.
  • Express love frequently.Begin saying I Love You as often as possible. Let your partner feel the love again. This expression of love will bring the spark of affection back in your life.
  • Appreciate your partner. You may hate your partner more than loving them. But find out what you love about them. Do you like the way they dress? Do you like the way they drive? Do you like the way they talk? Do you like the way they communicate during tough times? Find out the smallest thing you like about your partner and appreciate them about that. This has a multiplier effect. When we begin disliking a person, our mind focuses on everything that is wrong. When we like a person, we ignore all wrongs and notice only the good points. This will help you ignite the spark in your dead relationship.
  • Start appreciate even little things.
  • Don’t nag. Nagging creates an impression that you don’t respect your partner. While that may not be true, it can hurt your relationship. Talk with your partner about how a particular action bothers and affects you. Use “I” statements, such as “I feel” or “I think.” This helps your partner understand you better and vice versa without it putting either of you on the defensive.
  • Discuss problems together. Talk with your partners about his/her problems. Become a genuine friend and find out what is troubling them. That will make your partner feel that you are concerned. When you listen to their problems, you may find lot of truth in that. Try to do what ever you can to solve the problems and never let your partner feel lonely.

It never be easy for me either. I’ve been known C for quite sometime and we still in learning stage. It never too late or too soon in relationship. Remember.. you must believe and never give up. :)

What it is?

  • Abnormal cell growth of cervix.
  • When a woman infected by certain types of Human Papillomavirus (HPV), her body might detain the virus or make it worst.
  • Types:
  1. squamous cell carcinoma - These cancers are from the squamous cells that cover the surface of the exocervix. (80%-90% cervical cancer)
  2. adenocarcinoma - Cervical adenocarcinoma develops from the mucus-producing gland cells of the endocervix.(10%-20% cervical cancer)

Symptoms ?

  • early stage:vaginal bleeding, contact bleeding, vaginal mass, pain during intercourse and vaginal discharge (minimum)
  • advance stage : loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, pelvic pain, back pain, leg pain, heavy bleeding from vagina, leaking urine, bone fractures and single swollen leg.

Causes ?

  • HPV infection, smoking, HIV infection, chlamydia infection, dietary factors, hormonal contraception, multiple pregnancies, use of the hormonal drug diethylstilbestrol (DES), multiple partner and a family history of cervical cancer.

Our responsibility

  • Aware and gain knowledge about the cancer. Share and remind others too
  • Do Pap smear every year (especially age 20-65) - part of a gynecological exam (checkup), helps detect abnormal cells in the lining of the cervix before they have the chance to become cervical precancer or cervical cancer. The results of a Pap test can help healthcare professionals decide if further testing (for example, a biopsy or HPV DNA test) or treatments are necessary
  • Take preventive vaccine - The Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus Recombinant Vaccine protects against four of the most prevalent strains of HPV that can lead to cervical cancer – types 6, 11, 16 and 18. Some 70% of cervical cancer cases are caused by HPV types 16 and 18 alone, while types 6 and 11 cause 90% of genital warts cases.

Don’t just ignore. Take action because it might help you later. :)

0.1Apricots
The Power: Beta-carotene, which helps prevent free-radical damage and protect the eyes. The body also turns beta-carotene into vitamin A, which may help ward off some cancers, especially of the skin. One apricot has 17 calories, 0 fat, 1 gram of fiber. Snacks on them dried, or if you prefer fresh, buy when still firm; once they soften, they lose nutrients.

02. Avocados
The Power: Oleic acid, an unsaturated fat that helps lower overall cholesterol and raise levels of HDL, plus a good dose of fiber. One slice has 81 calories, 8 grams of fat and 3 grams of fiber. Try a few slices instead of mayonnaise to dress up your next burger.

03. Raspberries
The Power: Ellagic acid, which helps stall cancer-cell growth. These berries are also packed with vitamin C and are high in fiber, which helps prevent high cholesterol and heart disease. A cup has only 60 calories, 1 gram of fat and 8 grams of fiber. Top plain low-fat yogurt or oatmeal (another high fiber food) with fresh berries.

7. Tomato
The Power: Lycopene, one of the strongest carotenoids, acts as an antioxidant. Research shows that tomatoes may cut the risk of bladder, stomach and colon cancers in half if eaten daily. A tomato has 26 calories, 0 fat and 1 gram of fiber. Drizzle fresh slices with olive oil, because lycopene is best absorbed when eaten with a little fat.

09. Figs
The Power: A good source of potassium and fiber, figs also contain vitamin B6, which is responsible for producing mood-boosting serotonin, lowering cholesterol and preventing water retention. The Pill depletes B6, so if you use this method of birth control, make sure to get extra B6 in your diet. One fig has 37 to 48 calories, 0 fat and 2 grams of fiber. (Cookie lovers - fig bars have around 56 calories, 1 gram of fat and 1 gram of fiber per cookie). Fresh figs are delicious simmered alongside a pork tenderloin and the dried variety make a great portable gym snack.

08. Raisins
The Power: These little gems are a great source of iron, which helps the blood transport oxygen and which many women are short on. A half-cup has 218 calories, 0 fat and 3 grams of fiber. Sprinkle raisins on your morning oatmeal or bran cereal - women, consider this especially during your period.

19. Garlic
The Power: The sulfur compounds that give garlic its pungent flavor can also lower LDL (”bad”) cholesterol, lower blood pressure and even reduce your risk of stomach and colon cancer. A clove has 4 calories, 0 fat and 0 fiber. Bake a whole head for 15 to 20 minutes, until soft and sweet and spread on bread instead of butter.
